I have been representing people accused of drunk driving since I began practicing in 1995. I went to my first Sacramento DUI conference that year and listened to great DUI attorney's like Ed Kuwatch AKA, "Fast Eddie" and Lawrence Taylor who motivated me to study and practice in this area of law.

I have dedicated my Sacramento DUI practice to providing superior DUI representation and continue my study of the topic. I am nationally certified as an administrator of Field Sobriety Tests and I possess the owner/operator manuals for most breath testing devices used in Northern California and continue to keep abreast of the ever changing law. I will investigate the minutia of your case looking for errors of law enforcement and problems for the prosecution. This diligence can payoff for even the toughest cases. I have successfully defended over one thousand people accused of DUI (Sacramento DUI's as well as other counties).

While results are important to my clients, they also appreciate that I offer straightforward advice. Occasionally, my clients face legal problems that I feel they can handle without retaining a lawyer. I am the first to help such individuals save money by suggesting that they represent themselves. Because I have experience in a wide variety of drunk driving cases, I am able to anticipate where such a case is headed and give the client a sense of what to expect. I take the time to keep all my clients informed as to their options and the consequences and I keep them updated as to the status of their case.

While my office is located in Sacramento I live in the bay area and travel back and forth accepting Sacramento DUI cases as well as the following counties: El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, Solano, Napa, Alameda, Contra Costa, and Marin.
