Chargers Wide Receiver pleads to 2nd DUI

Chargers Wide Receiver Vincent Jackson plead to a second offense DUI in San Diego.  He received a standard sentence which includes 96 hours of work release in lieu of jail time, five years probation, 15 days community service and a fine just over $2,400.00

This punishment is slightly more than 2nd offenders usually get in Sacramento County where the fine is slightly less and 2nd offenders generally are placed on probation for 4 years.

It is likely that the NFL will impose it’s own penalties on Jackson.
